Kath Gifford

Gestalt Counsellor

(they/them)

Are you finding things tough? Feeling overwhelmed? Anxiety, depression, difficult relationships, and low self-esteem are just a few of the issues that make life harder for many of us. Sometimes it’s helpful to talk things through with a therapist or counsellor. Things can start to make more sense when you’re able to share them in a supportive and confidential environment.

In the words of Dr Laurence Heller, “…the more we allow ourselves to fully experience who we are, the greater the possibility of change.”  I am committed to listening with compassion and warmth to the feelings, thoughts, and experiences that are causing you distress, while creatively exploring new possibilities.
